Saffron NIS (National Iranian Saffron)


This kind of saffron is the result of producers' more careful operations of separating and drying of saffron.

The method is similar to the method producing Pooshali saffron, but this product is obtained from strong and qualified flowers which are collected early in the morning and separated and dried by the heating shock immediately on the same day.

Hygienic conditions are precisely considered during the course of separation. This kind of product which is the most chromogenic one (270 to 300 units ) is the best kind of Iranian saffron, and "Zargol Group "has suggested the name "NIS" or "National Iranian Saffron" for it.

This product has the highest value of all kinds of saffron.
