Bunch saffron is the traditional product of Iran. Saffron cultivators have separated both white and red parts for years. There is a particular method to separate this product. They divide the flower into two same parts and get the stigmas by two fingers, then they make a pile of the stigmas collected by fingers , and when the moisture of the pile is decreased to some extend, they fasten around the white part with thread and leave the product in the open air and wait for it to become gradually dried.
